Houston, we have a problem

The film Apollo 13 coined the sentence “Houston, we have a problem” and made it a popular way to announce an unexpected problem. Quick research shows that it only belongs to the film and wasn’t used by the original Apollo 13 crew.

When problems arise, a similar scenario unfolds. Someone shares his idea of a problem and it becomes the definition of the problem. Once a problem has been accepted, the team steps in and searches for solutions.

What’s missing is the check if the problem is real. If it actually exists.
